For the last four years business of the company has increased more than 10 times, which allowed to overcome the psychologically important border of 100 million dollars of annual turnover in 2005, separating small-scale and medium-scale business from large companies, and become one of the strongest players at the consulting market in the area of information and management technologies. The basis of success is stable growth of the key sector of business — implementation of complex ERP projects (red and yellow sections at the diagram), and since 2004 — record growth (up to 300% per year) of business sectors, new for Borlas, such as management and business consulting, integration solutions, technical security systems and a number of others.

Regional expansion of the Group in Russia and CIS countries also had positive effect on the business growth. In addition to the traditionally strong presence of Borlas in Ukraine, in 2005 business was set up and is successfully operating in Kazakhstan, and in 2006 a company was established in Belorussia. We actively use a partner model of business for regional development.

Leading rating and research agencies have estimated the achievements of Borlas at their true worth. So, according to the latest report (September 2005) of one of the most trustworthy world research agencies, IDC, Borlas Ranked to be the 1st among the companies rendering services on the implementation of software applications in Russia.

According to another report of IDC, dedicated to the market of services in the area of setting up IT infrastructures and implementation of business solutions (December 2005), Borlas took the 2nd place among Russian companies, implementing complex projects.

Rapid development of the company is ensured not only by considerably increasing the number of staff (Borlas has one of the major teams of consultants and developers in CIS — more than 600 people), but also by radical reforms of the principles and system of the company management. So, in 2005, areas of responsibility of the top management of the Group of companies were divided, for which the posts of President and three Vice-presidents were introduced, business processes were re-engineered, operating departments obtained the status of the centers of financial responsibility. The quality management system of Borlas was successfully certified for the conformity with the requirements of international standard ISO 9001:2000. Certification was carried out by BVQI company, well-known international independent certification agency.

Our plans include maintenance of growth at the level not lower than 40% per year, retention of leading positions at the market of business applications and active development of new «adjacent» trends in business and presence in the regions.
